This project extends a modernist private villa built in 1952 by architect Karol Schayer, continuing its architectural story rather than interrupting it. The new volume unfolds quietly within the landscape, guided by horizontality, measured proportions, and a deep respect for the existing structure. Stone walls rise from the terrain, grounding the extension in its context, while light white planes and slender structural elements introduce a contemporary delicacy.

Movement, light, and nature shape the experience of the space: sheltered paths, framed views, and filtered daylight blur the boundaries between interior and garden. The extension reveals itself gradually, conceived as a natural evolution of the original house—where modernist heritage and contemporary living meet in balance and continuity
