This project is conceived as a singular work environment combining an artwork storage space on the ground floor with offices located on a mezzanine above. The offices overlook the storage area, creating a direct visual and spatial relationship between work and collection.
The architecture emphasizes openness and vertical connection, allowing circulation, structure, and sightlines to define the space. Raw materials—concrete, metal, and painted brick—are left exposed, reinforcing the industrial character of the project.
Located in Corniche El Nahr, an industrial district, the design embraces its context rather than concealing it. The result is a functional and restrained interior, where program, structure, and atmosphere are closely aligned.
